SHIPPING POLICIES
Due to the perishable nature of our products we have split our shipping policies into two distinct seasons,
- the Summer shipping season (May 16 thru October 14) and
- the Fall/ Winter season (October 15 thru May 15).

We cannot ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.

It is always preferable to ship to business addresses where someone is there during normal courier service hours to receive the package.

For major holidays or events, please allow at least one week for transit time. Shipping for major seasons is often cut off approximately seven business days BEFORE the actual holiday.

We do not ship from December 20th thru January 5th every year. In addition we do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Our factory is closed (meaning no shipping) for the last two weeks of July and the first week of August for annual vacation.

SUMMER SHIPPING
(May 16 thru October 14) - Melting chocolates are our major concern during this season. During this period we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays with the intention of not allowing the chocolates to spend the weekend in a courier’s truck or warehouse.

During this period we do not provide on-line shipping rates as they may vary depending on the additional shipping components required (such as ice gel packs, styrofoam containers etc.). We also use early morning delivery services (where available) which carry additional charges.

To place an order simply complete the checkout area. Your order will be forwarded to our customer service staff for review. We will then calculate the shipping cost and e-mail the amount to you for your final authorization for us to ship the order. Only after we receive your authorization will we ship the order. We will also provide you with the name of the carrier, a waybill number and an estimated time of arrival.

FALL/WINTER SHIPPING
(October 15 thru May 15) - During this period your shipping charges will be calculated automatically, based on the volume ordered and the size of the boxes required to ship your order. This will be done automatically and once again, you will know the shipping charges and may, at this point, authorize us to ship or decide not to proceed with the order.

RETURNS
We guarantee our products. If you are not happy for any reason, just e-mail us your request using your order number as a reference. We will then contact you to see if you want your money refunded or a replacement shipment. We may ask you to return the product for quality control purposes.
