15-20 big pretzel sticks
½ cup (70g) Artisan Milk Chocolate Baking Drops
½ cup (70g) Artisan Dark Chocolate Baking Drops
1-2 tablespoon (20g) Artisan White Chocolate Baking Drops
Crumbles of cookies
Green and red sprinkles
In a microwavable bowl, melt the milk chocolate, 30 seconds intervals. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Add the rest of the milk chocolate and stir until all the baking drops have completely melted. If you still have big pieces of chocolate, heat it up for a few seconds in the microwave. The batter mix should not be warmer than your inner wrist temperature when you place a drop on it.
Repeat the previous steps with the dark chocolate.
Dip the pretzels in one of the two chocolates. Dip it then in the sprinkles or cookies crumbles. Let it set on a baking tray covered in parchment paper.
Place them for 5 minutes in the fridge to set the chocolate, then enjoy.
