Halloween Chocolate Marshmallows

Made with our ultra-premium Dark Chocolate Baking Drops and White Chocolate Baking Drops, these Halloween treats are easy to make with or without children.

Note: you can also replace our Baking Drops by our Chocolate Fondue.

Ingredients for about 12 Marshmallows:
Marshmallows – prefer the large size Marshmallows
Artisan Dark Chocolate Baking Drops (or Dark Chocolate Fondue) – 150g
Artisan White Chocolate Baking Drops – 150g
Orange Food Colouring
Wooden sticks or lollipops sticks
Halloween small food eyes

Recipe:
Dark Chocolate dipped Marshmallows
Put the Dark Chocolate Baking Drops in a pot and melt them slowly while stirring in between until smooth. Once all the drops have melted, insert the wooden stick in the Marshmallows and dip them halfway.
Add then the eye and set them on a cooking grid to let them cool down.

Orange White Chocolate dipped Marshmallows
Put the White Chocolate Baking Drops in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them slowly by intervals of 30 seconds.
Stir in between until smooth.
Add a couple of food colouring in the white chocolate and stir.
Please follow the instructions on the food colouring packaging.
When the chocolate has the desired colour, insert the wooden stick in the Marshmallows and dip them halfway.
Add then the eye and set them on a cooking grid to let them cool down.

They are ready to be tasted when the chocolate has hardened. You can put them in the fridge for 3 or 4 min to help them cool down faster.
